A little slice of heaven in Northcote
Positioned in a quite cul de sac in coveted Northcote, this unusual wedge shaped site presented the perfect opportunity for our clients to create a spacious family home. The design pushes right to the boundary on both sides with the two ‘flanks’ of the dwelling containing the primary spaces such as bedrooms and living areas while the secondary spaces for services and wet areas make use of the remaining wedge in between. The materials palette consists of painted brick and blackbutt timber at ground level and a subtle green cladding to the first floor.
